U.K., London, 3rd  December, 2010 – Shoppers are to be given a helping hand with their Christmas list during the festive period with the launch of Intel’s new retail initiative, “12 Days of Christmas”. The promotion will invite shoppers in-store to take part in a short quiz for the chance to win a scratch card offering up to £500 worth of store vouchers.

The promotion will not only give shoppers the chance to get money off presents for their friends and family but also help them choose the best PC or laptop for them.

As well as a quiz, the in-store experience also includes an Intel choir singing the key features and benefits of the Intel® Core™ processor family and a fun and interactive Santa sleigh race that will demonstrate the increased speed, power and performance of Core processors.

The 12 Days of Christmas promotion launches on the 4th December at leading UK retailers such as PC World, Currys and Comet and will end on January 6th 2011.
