FORTUNE Magazine's annual "100 Best Companies to Work For" list is out, with Intel coming in at #46 (#51 in 2011). Driving the ranking is employee surveys across America covering a range of topics, including management credibility, job satisfaction, benefits, trainings, diversity efforts and internal communication.
