George S. Davis is executive vice president and the chief financial officer at Intel Corporation. He leads Intel’s global finance organization, including finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations. He also oversees Intel’s information technology (IT) organization.
Davis joined Intel in 2019 from Qualcomm Inc., where he was chief financial officer and executive vice president. During his tenure, he served on the company’s executive committee and was responsible for leading the global finance organization, IT and investor relations. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership positions, including chief financial officer and executive vice president at Applied Materials Inc. and vice president of finance at Atlantic Richfield Co. Inc.
He is a member of The Conference Board Council of Financial Executives and a member of The Wall Street Journal CFO Network.
He received his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Claremont McKenna College and his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
