WiMAX, under the WiBRO name, will be available in another five major Korean cities and expressways on October 1. The network has migrated to the 10MHz WiMAX channels, significantly increasing connection speeds. To access the expanding network, a wide selection of Intel Core and Intel Atom processor-based laptops and netbooks with Intel embedded WiMAX/Wi-Fi capabilities are now available in Korea.
