Intel Names Chief Information Officers

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 21, 2002 — Intel Corporation today named Douglas F. Busch and Sandra K. Morris to the position of chief information officer, making them the first CIOs in the company’s history. Busch and Morris report to Andy D. Bryant, Intel’s chief financial and enterprise services officer, and will jointly coordinate Intel’s information technology (IT) solutions and the company’s efforts to be a 100 percent e-Corporation.
