Intel Brings a New Architecture for Discovery with Intel® Xeon Phi™ Coprocessors
Marking a new era in high performance computing, Intel Corporation introduced the Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessors during Supercomputing Conference (SC’12) in Salt Lake City. New Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessors are built to deliver unprecedented performance that promises to accelerate new levels of discovery. They are a culmination of years of research and collaboration to bring new, innovative breakthroughs in manufacturing, life sciences, energy and other areas.
