April Miller Boise is executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Intel Corporation, reporting to the CEO. She serves on Intel’s executive leadership team and leads the company’s legal, trade and government affairs teams globally, and advises the company’s management team and board of directors on all strategic matters.
Miller Boise is responsible for overseeing the company’s global engagement with policymakers, regulators and industry leaders at the intersection of law, public policy, technology and manufacturing. Her role is instrumental in advancing Intel’s work in developing world-changing technology that enables global progress to transform business and society for the better.
Miller Boise has more than two decades of executive leadership experience navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Earlier in her career, Miller Boise practiced law on Wall Street, and later led the largest office of an AmLaw 200 law firm as its managing partner. She has worked with and for multinational corporations across many industries including technology, semiconductors, aerospace, power management, financial services, commercial transportation, automotive, mining, and oil and gas.
Miller Boise holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is licensed to practice in New York and Ohio. Miller Boise is a member of the board of directors of Trane Technologies, where she chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. Previously she served on the board of Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati.
