Lisa Pearce

Lisa Pearce is corporate vice president at Intel Corporation, where she is responsible for the global strategy and execution of Intel’s product software portfolio, delivering customer value through leadership AI technologies and foundational XPU software stacks, products and services. Pearce also directs graphics processing unit (GPU) software IP development across all of Intel's market segments and drives the development of specialized neural processing unit (NPU) software IP that power AI PCs.

Pearce brings extensive expertise in the graphics market, having held multiple leadership roles within Intel's graphics organization since joining the company in 1997. Throughout her tenure, she has directed global GPU software engineering teams spanning diverse market segments, from low-power client applications to high performance computing (HPC). Her leadership extends to the development of GPU and NPU hardware intellectual property, as well as the creation of Intel's Arc discrete graphics product portfolio.

Pearce holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.
