On Feb. 24, 2025, Intel launched new members of its Intel Xeon 6 processor family. The processors advance the company’s most comprehensive lineup of central processing units capable of competing across a range of applications – benefiting Intel’s customers and partners by delivering increased capabilities and speed.

The Intel® Xeon® 6 processor with Performance-cores (P-cores) is the best head node for AI systems, also delivering accelerated performance for AI on CPU, traditional enterprise apps and HPC. Intel® Xeon® 6 with Efficient-cores (E-cores) provides best-in-class power efficiency and lower total cost of ownership for cloud-native workloads, hyperscalers and telcos¹. And the Intel® Xeon® 6 SoC with Intel® vRAN Boost offers leadership performance for edge and networking applications.
