B-roll video shows the RoBee robot from Oversonic Robotics, based in Italy, now powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 edge processors. Up until now, RoBee was powered by discrete GPUs on-device and for AI training. But it’s now being tested with Core Ultra Series 3 which provides the performance and efficiency RoBee needs to operate smoothly in demanding healthcare and manufacturing environments. The advanced CPU architecture manages navigation, perception, and multiple tasks simultaneously, while optimized power usage allows longer, uninterrupted operation. With built-in AI acceleration, Core Ultra 3 enables real-time, on-device processing. RoBee can recognize people, understand gestures, and analyze surroundings instantly, without relying on the cloud — ensuring fast responses and strong data privacy. Its graphics and sensor processing capabilities allow precise vision, safe movement, and accurate object handling, from navigating crowded corridors to interacting gently with patients.
