At MWC 2026, Ericsson showcased how its Cloud RAN solution on Intel® Xeon® 6 SoC COTS servers delivers real-time 8K immersive media alongside Cloud RAN and UPF on the same CPU, with boosted performance via enhanced Link Adaptation driven by AMX-accelerated AI models, without extra hardware or power.
